What certifications and quality guarantees do your products hold?
We ensure a defect rate of <0.01%. Our products hold full international certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA-cleared, and CE (MDR 2017/745). Additionally, our tourniquets are NATO-certified and TCCC compliant. We also conduct biocompatibility testing (ISO 10993) for all skin-contact products.
What are your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units for tactical kits and 2,000 units for first aid accessories. We offer tiered discounts for orders of 5,000 units or more, and exclusive pricing for long-term distributors or orders exceeding 10,000 units.
What is your production capacity and typical lead time?
Our monthly production capacity includes 100,000 tourniquets and 50,000 tactical kits. For regular orders (<5,000 units), the production lead time is 7–15 workdays. For large orders (5,000–10,000 units), lead time is 10–20 workdays. We support global door-to-door shipping via air, sea, or land.
Do you offer customization for logos and colors?
Yes. We support logo printing and color customization (Standard colors: Black, Green, Coyote). Custom colors require an MOQ of ≥5,000 units. As a special benefit, we provide free logo service for orders of 10,000 units or more.
